In terms of leadership development, I'll take the lead.
We need to determine:
What is the purpose of this organization? I suggest the following framework ( and I know it's loaded & some people may have issues with it:)
"The purpose of this organization is to open people's heart's to God by defending them and empowering them to deter cybercrime."
